The mission of AFMS Foundation is to help families diagnosed with multiple sclerosis live a better life through financial support and medical advocacy.

Since the onset of our mission, we have proudly helped a multitude of patients.  We partner with local MS treatment centers and work closely with their clinical teams.  The clinical teams with whom we work validate the patient’s qualifications for assistance, complete all of the necessary HIPAA documentation, and advise AFMS Foundation of the specific needs of these patients.  The assistance we have provided has spanned a wide range of needs.

Because of the continued generosity of our donors, we have improved the quality of life for many patients living with MS in Connecticut.  We are hopeful that over time we will increase our network of donors.  In doing so we will continue to work with MS patients helping to provide for them a better quality of life.
